{"id":10462,"date":"2023-07-31T18:55:13","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T16:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=10462"},"modified":"2023-10-10T11:31:30","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T09:31:30","slug":"florentine-the-true-cuisine-of-florence-de-emiko-davies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/31\/florentine-the-true-cuisine-of-florence-de-emiko-davies\/","title":{"rendered":"Florentine (the true cuisine of Florence) de Emiko Davies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore, j&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 mes vacances d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 en Toscane. 2 semaines de farniente dans les Alpes Apuanes, entre la plage, il fiume (la rivi\u00e8re de montagne pr\u00e8s de mon logement) et les restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois restaurants sont vraiment sortis du lot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/maps\/place\/Locanda+Il+Poveromo\/@44.0099942,10.3075731,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x12d5744382ab58c9:0x1375aa12d06997ba!8m2!3d44.0099904!4d10.310148!16s%2Fg%2F12mkvnd2b?entry=ttu\" title=\"\">Il poveromo<\/a>, \u00e0 Pruno, une auberge pleine de bons produits locaux, qui fait \u00e9picerie pour les habitants du village et lieu de rencontre pour les joueurs de cartes. Un menu, court, mais savoureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.norcineriabarsanti.it\/menu.htm\" title=\"\">Norcineria Barsanti,<\/a> un cadre magnifique, beaucoup de tables et de monde. Mais les italiens mangeant tard, il suffit d&rsquo;y aller t\u00f4t pour savourer la solitude. La carte est bas\u00e9e sur les produits locaux, de la charcuterie maison, du fromage \u00e0 tomber, et une belle s\u00e9lection c\u00f4t\u00e9 vin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/quarantuno.business.site\/\" title=\"\">quanrantuno<\/a>, un petit restaurant sympa au centre-ville de Pietrasanta, peu de tables, carte simple et savoureuse, accueil sympathique, et une grande s\u00e9lection de vins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pendant les moments de repos, de la lecture. Lecture bien cibl\u00e9e cette fois car j&rsquo;ai lu \u00ab\u00a0Florentine\u00a0\u00bb de Emiko Davies. Nous avions m\u00eame d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de visiter Florence, mais au vu des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, nous avons renonc\u00e9. Il est sorti en 2016 chez Hardie Grant books, mais mon exemplaire est la r\u00e9\u00e9dition augment\u00e9e de 2020. Il est en langue anglaise. D\u00e9j\u00e0, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais sur place, ce qui m&rsquo;a permis de tester certains produits dont parlait Emiko. De plus, le style est fluide, ce qui aide beaucoup quand l&rsquo;anglais n&rsquo;est pas votre langue maternelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long du livre, on apprend plein de choses sur la gastronomie florentine, toscane, contemporaine mais aussi historique. J&rsquo;ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l&#8217;emploi de mots italiens en plus de ceux en anglais pour des raisons pratiques. Savoir que boulangerie \u00e9tait plus souvent nomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0forno\u00a0\u00bb que \u00ab\u00a0panificio\u00a0\u00bb est un gain de temps consid\u00e9rable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 les photos d&rsquo;ambiance de Florence et ses produits, en noir et blanc ou en couleurs. Les photos des plats sont plus sobres, mais illustrent bien les recettes. Toutes les recettes n&rsquo;ont pas de photo. Parfois cela manque, parfois non. Ce n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9dhibitoire en tout cas.
