On a depuis longtemps d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stade du \u00ab\u00a0chaud\u00a0\u00bb. Il fait cet apr\u00e8s-midi 42 degr\u00e9s, avec du vent. Pas un petit vent qui rafra\u00eechit, non h\u00e9las. C&rsquo;est le siroco. Le vent chaud du d\u00e9sert qui te fait dire que ta maison a d\u00fb \u00eatre transport\u00e9e pendant la nuit au milieu du Sahara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ces conditions, pas question de cuisiner. A la maison, c&rsquo;est service minimum. Alors, je lis. Je lis cuisine. Mais m\u00eame \u00e9crire une revue sur un livre de cuisine me donne chaud et m&rsquo;\u00e9puise. Je suis comme un paresseux qui \u00e9conomise chaque mouvement superflu. Heureusement, demain, il pleut. Les titres des recettes sont en anglais avec parfois le nom grec inclus. L&rsquo;auteur explique d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient la recette ou en quoi elle lui rappelle quelque chose, quelle place elle tient dans son histoire culinaire. Peu d&rsquo;\u00e9panchement, pas de \u00ab\u00a0tranches de vie\u00a0\u00bb mais des infos pertinentes (enfin je l&rsquo;esp\u00e8re) sur chaque recette et la fa\u00e7on dont Carolina Doriti la pr\u00e9pare. Les textes sont clairs, l&rsquo;anglais est bien compr\u00e9hensible, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il faut parfois chercher certains termes. Les photos sont claires et lumineuses, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de la Gr\u00e8ce, pleines de soleil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avoue avoir g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les photos en clair-obscur mais l\u00e0, cela n&rsquo;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 dans le ton je pense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le classement par chapitre est pertinent et facile \u00e0 suivre. Toutes les recettes n&rsquo;ont pas de photos, mais cela n&rsquo;est pas vraiment g\u00eanant. Certaines recettes proposent des pas \u00e0 pas qui sont int\u00e9ressants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a \u00e9galement quelques photos de paysages et de produits typiques \u00e0 la Gr\u00e8ce. Bref, c&rsquo;est un joli livre que je vais prendre plaisir \u00e0 cuisiner.
