Bon, la saison est maintenant finie, mais on les trouve encore sur les \u00e9tals. Ce sont des produits de serre, moins bons que ceux du jardin, mais de temps en temps, on craque dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plats \u00e0 base d&rsquo;aubergines sont <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Liste_de_mets_%C3%A0_base_d%27aubergine\" title=\"\">monnaie courante<\/a> dans tout le bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Ceux que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re sont pleins d&rsquo;aubergines fondantes et remplis de saveurs, comme ceux cit\u00e9s sous la recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose une recette v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne qui vient de Turquie: le \u00ab\u00a0imam bayildi\u00a0\u00bb, litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;imam s&rsquo;est \u00e9vanoui\u00a0\u00bb. Alors, je n&rsquo;en suis peut-\u00eatre pas au point de m&rsquo;\u00e9vanouir, mais que ce plat est bon! L&rsquo;aubergine est presque confite, le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la tomate doux et d\u00e9licatement \u00e9pic\u00e9. A servir chaud ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante avec du <a href=\"http:\/\/Riz nature \u00e0 l\u2019indienne\" title=\"\">riz basmati<\/a> pour un plat complet&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n<div
