N&rsquo;ayant pas retrouv\u00e9 le bon pain qu&rsquo;il avait l&rsquo;habitude de d\u00e9guster en Allemagne, il s&rsquo;est mis lui-m\u00eame au fourneaux. Fort de 208 pages et de 87 recettes, il nous pr\u00e9sente une facette de la cuisine allemande. Baking est un mot intraduisible tel quel en fran\u00e7ais. Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;action de cuire au four, un g\u00e2teau, une tarte ou une tourte, du pain. Pas la fin de cuisson de votre cassoulet donc&#8230; Dans ce livre, on va trouver aussi bien des g\u00e2teaux, que des biscuits, de la boulange. Les ingr\u00e9dients sont bien indiqu\u00e9s, s\u00e9par\u00e9s en paragraphes si n\u00e9cessaire. Le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 des recettes est clair, et simple \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les recettes n&rsquo;ont pas de photos, mais cela ne g\u00e8ne pas. Car c&rsquo;est mon probl\u00e8me avec les g\u00e2teaux allemands. J&rsquo;aime les g\u00e2teaux simples de tous les jours, les cakes fruits et streussel, mais je n\u2019appr\u00e9cie pas les g\u00e2teaux du dimanche avec cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, cr\u00e8me au beurre &#8230; .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite les recettes. J&rsquo;ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y en ait que je connaisse pas. A force de collectionner les livres de cuisine (j&rsquo;en ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 5, juste sur les g\u00e2teaux allemands), on commence \u00e0 poss\u00e9der pas mal de recettes diff\u00e9rentes. Ici, bien s\u00fbr, j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 des classiques, mais j&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert des petites p\u00e9pites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 les photos \u00e9galement du livre. Les photos d&rsquo;enfance bien s\u00fbr, qui nous rapprochent de l&rsquo;auteur et de l&rsquo;histoire de son enfance. Mais aussi les photos des g\u00e2teaux, qui jouent sur la lumi\u00e8re pour cr\u00e9er une ambiance digne de la For\u00eat Noire.
