Cela fait maintenant plusieurs recettes que je tente, et je n&rsquo;ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose de d\u00e9couvrir ses khachapuris, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 g\u00e9orgienne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a deux types de khachapuris, un qui vient de la r\u00e9gion de l&rsquo;Im\u00e9r\u00e9thie, au centre du pays et qui consiste en un pain rond garni de fromage. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 go\u00fbt\u00e9 une variante roumaine de ces pains-l\u00e0. Le second type de khachapuri vient de la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Adjarie, situ\u00e9e au sud-ouest du pays et qui a une fronti\u00e8re commune avec la Turquie, pays natal de Bet\u00fcl. C&rsquo;est donc celui que je vous propose aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un peu une pizza. Il a une forme de petit bateau, sur lequel a fondu une mer de fromage. C&rsquo;est moelleux. C&rsquo;est croustillant aussi. Dans les bords un peu plus \u00e9pais se cache du fromage fondu. C&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai propos\u00e9 cela \u00e0 la famille un samedi soir plateau t\u00e9l\u00e9 et je dois dire que tout le monde a ador\u00e9. Sans restriction. L&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 quoi&#8230; Depuis, c&rsquo;est un classique de nos soir\u00e9es cin\u00e9ma.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-14478\" vous rester environ 21g de produit, vu qu&rsquo;un bloc p\u00e8se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 42g. Pourquoi 42g pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, n&rsquo;est-ce pas? Eh bien, c&rsquo;est parce que c&rsquo;est la quantit\u00e9 exacte de levure de boulanger qu&rsquo;il faut pour faire lever 1kg de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La levure de boulanger se garde assez bien au frigo, mais pas ind\u00e9finiment non plus.
