D\u00c9J\u00c0!!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais euhh, on vient de f\u00eater No\u00ebl, non??? Bon, tr\u00eave de chouinage, pensons repas de P\u00e2ques. De l&rsquo;agneau, du chocolat, des fraises, et un bon vin. Pas de rouge cette ann\u00e9e, mais un bon vin blanc sec et fruit\u00e9. Une belle d\u00e9couverte que j&rsquo;ai fait derni\u00e8rement au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.domainedemarquiliani.com\/page-sans-titre-h1_17\" title=\"\">domaine Marquiliani<\/a>: le blanc de Marquiliani. Je ne suis pas tr\u00e8s vin blanc sec mais celui-l\u00e0 m&rsquo;a s\u00e9duite. Il est rond, enveloppe bien la bouche. Enfin, ce n&rsquo;est pas un vin qui se laisser oublier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait ce qu&rsquo;il faut pour contrebalancer le c\u00f4t\u00e9 un peu gras de l&rsquo;agneau, ainsi que la richesse des \u00e9pices du plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est vrai qu&rsquo;il est riche en go\u00fbt ce plat. Ne vous laissez pas rebuter par la liste des \u00e9pices, vous en avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 la plupart dans votre cuisine. Les moins connus seront peut-\u00eatre la cardamome noire et le macis. Tous deux se trouvent assez facilement en ligne, voire en magasin si celui-ci est bien achaland\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord la cardamome noire. Elle diff\u00e8re de la cardamome verte, en effet, elle ne provient pas de la m\u00eame plante. Niveau go\u00fbt, on retrouve du camphre comme dans la verte, mais aussi un petit go\u00fbt fum\u00e9 et bois\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite le macis. En fait, il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;arille qui enveloppe la noix de muscade et qui est s\u00e9ch\u00e9e. Niveau go\u00fbt, il est plus subtil que la noix de muscade, mais si vous n&rsquo;en trouvez pas, vous pouvez le remplacer la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de noix de muscade r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;accompagnement&#8230;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez un <a href=\"http:\/\/Riz nature \u00e0 l\u2019indienne\" title=\"\">riz basmati<\/a> simple, et d\u00e9posez quelques pistils de safran sur le dessus avant de cuire. Le safran va infuser et colorer une partie du riz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce plat d&rsquo;agneau est connu en Inde et sp\u00e9cialement au Rajasthan (\u00e9tat du Nord-Ouest de l&rsquo;Inde) sous le nom de Laal Maas. Traditionnellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pendant les chasses royales, il peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 base de mouton ou de gibier. Je l&rsquo;essaierai prochainement avec du sanglier pour voir. J&rsquo;ai largement diminu\u00e9 la quantit\u00e9 de piment pour garder une saveur un peu piquante mais qui n&rsquo;arrache pas. C&rsquo;est pourquoi mon laal maas (litt\u00e9ralement viande rouge) est plus p\u00e2le, mais tout aussi savoureux pour nos palais d&rsquo;Europ\u00e9ens&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bref, voici une recette super sympa pour d\u00e9guster de l&rsquo;agneau pour le repas de P\u00e2ques sans tomber dans le traditionnel gigot!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-14716\"
