Associ\u00e9 avec un yaourt soja amande et quelques fruits frais de saison, c&rsquo;est un r\u00e9gal!<\/h5>\n\n\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">180g de flocons d'avoine (ou un m\u00e9lange de flocons \nd'avoine, de seigle et d'\u00e9peautre)\n180g de noix diverses (noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es, \npistaches, amandes, noix de cajou)\n1 petite poign\u00e9e de graines de tournesol\n4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rases de graines de chia\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de 4 \u00e9pices\nquelques gouttes d'extrait de vanille liquide\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d'agave\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e d'amandes (ou de \nnoisettes, de noix de cajou ...)\n2 blancs d'oeufs\n100g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat\n1 poign\u00e9e de chips de coco torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer les flocons d&rsquo;avoine, les noix, les graines de chia, les graines de tournesol, le 4 \u00e9pices, la vanille, le sirop d&rsquo;agave, la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes.<\/p>\n<p>Finir par les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs et bien tout amalgamer.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, bien \u00e9taler sur une hauteur de 1 cm et enfourner pour environ 15 minutes dans un four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Bien surveiller les 5 derni\u00e8res minutes, mais prolonger si n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;encore 3\/4 minutes. Le granola doit \u00eatre dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir dans le four porte ouverte.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le granola est froid, incorporer le chocolat et la noix de coco.
