{"id":183,"date":"2020-02-29T19:26:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-29T18:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=183"},"modified":"2020-03-01T20:58:45","modified_gmt":"2020-03-01T19:58:45","slug":"pulled-pork-effiloche-de-porc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/29\/pulled-pork-effiloche-de-porc\/","title":{"rendered":"Pulled pork \/ Effiloch\u00e9 de porc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">on en voit des publicites partout: pulled pork, pulled chicken, etc&#8230;by herta. alors, oui, mais non, on le fait maison, c&rsquo;est si simple. d&rsquo;habitude, je cuisinais une rouelle de porc mais cette d\u00e9coupe n&rsquo;existe pas en belgique (en tout cas pas chez mon boucher) alors, cette fois, ce sera un r\u00f4ti de jambon!<\/h5>\n\n\n<hr>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">1,5 kg de r\u00f4ti de jambon de porc\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la marinade:<\/span>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cassonnade brune\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de paprika doux\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment de cayenne\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sel\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la sauce:<\/span>\n18g de ketchup\n16g de miel liquide\n150ml de vinaigre de cidre\n30g de concentr\u00e9 de tomates\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce Worcestershire\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de c\u00e9leri moulu\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade, et en enrober la viande. La r\u00e9server une nuit au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four chaleur tournante 140\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner la viande laqu\u00e9e de la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce dans une cocotte en fonte avec son couvercle.
