Cette fois, il sera cuit entier pour que toute la famille en profite (enfin j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re)!<\/h5>\n\n\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">1 chou-fleur entier\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive\n25g de beurre demi-sel\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de 5 parfums\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Enlever les feuilles les plus dures du chou-fleur, laisser les plus tendres. Couper le pied, et faire une incision en forme de croix sur le dessous.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer dans un bol le beurre, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le sel et les \u00e9pices. Masser le chou-fleur avec la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Verser un cm d&rsquo;eau au fond d&rsquo;un plat rond qui soit le plus en rapport avec la taille du chou-fleur, de sort que ce dernier soit bien serr\u00e9. Couvrir le chou-fleur d&rsquo;un papier cuisson puis de papier aluminium et bien le fermer pour que cela soit le plus herm\u00e9tique possible.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner \u00e0 170\u00b0C pendant minimum 1h30.
