Alors, il faut essayer de faire un g\u00e2teau le plus sain possible, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le test d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui!<\/h5>\n\n\n<hr>\n<p>I<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ngr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">170g de bananes tr\u00e8s m\u00fbres (soit 2 bananes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es)\n10 dattes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es \n150g de flocons d'avoine\n2 oeufs\n40g de pur\u00e9e d'amandes\n40g de palets de chocolat noir (ou de p\u00e9pites)\n30g de noisettes enti\u00e8res<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Commencer par r\u00e9veiller les dattes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es dans un peu d&rsquo;eau chaude pendant 10 minutes environ, elles n&rsquo;en seront que plus faciles \u00e0 mixer.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les bananes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es en morceaux et les verser ainsi que les dattes dans le bol du bender (vu le peu de quantit\u00e9, le TMX n&rsquo;est pas optimum dans cette recette).<\/p>\n<p>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans un saladier. Ajouter les oeufs, puis les flocons d&rsquo;avoine, la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande, les palets de chocolat et les noisettes et m\u00e9langer soigneusement.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer un moule d&rsquo;environ 20cm de diam\u00e8tre et verser l&rsquo;appareil dedans.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire pendant 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Il faut que cela soit encore moelleux au milieu, donc attention \u00e0 ne pas le sur-cuire.
