{"id":272,"date":"2020-03-07T12:30:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-07T11:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=272"},"modified":"2020-03-07T12:30:00","modified_gmt":"2020-03-07T11:30:00","slug":"granola-sale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/07\/granola-sale\/","title":{"rendered":"Granola sal\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toujours en qu\u00eate de nouveaut\u00e9, je suis tomb\u00e9e il y a quelques mois sur du granola sal\u00e9 dans mon \u00e9picerie en vrac \u00ab\u00a0refill store\u00a0\u00bb du parvis ste-Alix, avec la mention fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles. il \u00e9tait moelleux, ultra parfum\u00e9 et totalement addictif! sachant que j&rsquo;avais englouti en 1 journ\u00e9e environ 20\u20ac de granola, je me suis dit que mon budget ne suivrait jamais et j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de recr\u00e9er la recette \u00e0 la maison.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En partant de la liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients annonc\u00e9s et en t\u00e2tonnant un peu, je suis arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat qui, s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas le moelleux de l&rsquo;original, satisfait compl\u00e8tement mes papilles.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">300g de flocons d'avoine\n150g de noix de cajou\n50g d'amandes (enti\u00e8res ou effil\u00e9es)\n50g de noisettes\n40g de pignons de pin ou de graines de tournesol\n50g de graines de courge\n60g de sirop d'agave\n30g de pur\u00e9e d'amandes compl\u00e8tes\n20g de tamari\n20g de curcuma\n10g de paprika fum\u00e9\n3g de piment de Cayenne\n1 blanc d'oeuf\nsel\n<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite le sirop d&rsquo;agave, le tamari, la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes, et le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf. Bien brasser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que chaque flocon d&rsquo;avoine soit recouvert d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment liquide, tout doit \u00eatre bien brillant. Le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf doit \u00eatre bien r\u00e9parti, c&rsquo;est lui qui va aider \u00e0 former les p\u00e9pites du granola.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler largement sur une grande plaque de cuisson et bien aplatir.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner pour 10 minutes environ, il faut faire attention \u00e0 ce que les bords ne br\u00fblent pas trop vite.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser ensuite refroidir sur la plaque. Quand le m\u00e9lange est bien froid, le transf\u00e9rer dans un bocal en verre \u00e0 joint silicone.
