Certains sites ou livres sont \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt difficiles \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender, notamment au vu d&rsquo;une liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients qui ne fleurissent pas d&rsquo;ordinaire dans mes placards, mais d&rsquo;autres sont plus \u00e0 ma port\u00e9e.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c&rsquo;est le cas du livre \u00ab\u00a0delicoiously ella\u00a0\u00bb de ella mills qui essaie de rester sobre dans la liste de ses ingr\u00e9dients (bon, mes copines rigoleraient en d\u00e9nombrant le nombre d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients bizarres que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans mes placards). Cette recette de carrot cake me fait de l&rsquo;oeil depuis que j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9 le livre. aujourd&rsquo;hui, on prend un th\u00e9 entre copines, c&rsquo;est le moment de la tester.<\/h5>\n\n\n<hr>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le g\u00e2teau:<\/span>\n200g de farine de riz complet\n60g d'amandes en poudre\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia\n33g de raisins secs\n1 tranche d'ananas frais (115g)\n150 ml de lait d'amandes\n75 ml de sirop d'\u00e9rable\n125g de carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es\nhuile de noix de coco pour beurrer les moules\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le gla\u00e7age:<\/span>\n175g de bananes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es (environ 2 petites bananes)\n5 dattes Mejdoul d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e d'amandes \n1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'huile de noix de coco fondue\n1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" src=\"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200312_101907-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200312_101907-1024x766.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200312_101907-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200312_101907-768x574.jpg 768w, https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200312_101907-1536x1149.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_20200312_101907-2048x1532.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (160\u00b0C en chaleur tournante).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer dans un saladier les graines de chia, la farine, la poudre d&rsquo; amandes et les raisins secs.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer dans un blender l&rsquo;ananas, le lait d&rsquo;amandes et le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit totalement lisse, puis l&rsquo;ajouter dans le saladier.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es et amalgamer le tout soigneusement.<\/p>\n<p>Huiler deux moules \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 15 cm de diam\u00e8tre environ avec l&rsquo;huile de noix de coco, et r\u00e9partir le m\u00e9langer \u00e9quitablement entre les deux moules.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner pour 30 minutes environ, le dessus doit \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9.
