{"id":359,"date":"2020-03-19T17:43:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T16:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=359"},"modified":"2020-03-24T21:54:18","modified_gmt":"2020-03-24T20:54:18","slug":"sable-breton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/19\/sable-breton\/","title":{"rendered":"Sabl\u00e9 breton"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">un jaune d&rsquo;oeuf qui tra\u00eene, solitaire, dans le frigo, et hop, d&rsquo;un coup de baguette magique, on le recycle en sabl\u00e9 breton!<\/h5>\n\n\n<hr>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">1 jaune d'oeuf\n140g de farine\n100g de sucre\n100g de beurre demi-sel\n+ 1 jaune d'oeuf ou un m\u00e9lange sucre\/lait pour dorer<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Faire blanchir dans un saladier le sucre et le jaune d&rsquo;oeuf.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la farine, puis sabler avec le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Former un boudin et d\u00e9couper des tranches d&rsquo;environ 2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur ou former une seule grande galette.<\/p>\n<p>Si on utilise un jaune d&rsquo;oeuf pour dorer, dorer tout de suite puis placer la galette sur un papier sulfuris\u00e9 et placer au frigo pendant 30 minutes.
