{"id":451,"date":"2020-06-13T06:24:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-13T04:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=451"},"modified":"2020-06-25T06:41:48","modified_gmt":"2020-06-25T04:41:48","slug":"reine-de-saba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/06\/13\/reine-de-saba\/","title":{"rendered":"Reine de Saba"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">quand je suis invit\u00e9e, j&rsquo;en profite toujours pour ramener le dessrt et essayer une nouvelle recette. mais je fais toujours \u00e9galement un g\u00e2teau au chocolat, valeur s\u00fbre pour les petits et les grands!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette tir\u00e9e du livre michel et augustin \u00ab\u00a0devenez l&rsquo;expert du g\u00e2teau au chocolat\u00a0\u00bb<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingrg\u00e9dients:<\/span>\n125g de chocolat noir 70%\n125g de beurre\n3 oeufs\n125g de sucre\n75g de poudre d'amandes\n30g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs (Ma\u00efzena)<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol casser le chocolat puis ajouter le beurre en morceaux, et faire fondre le tout au micro-ondes ou au bain marie.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs puis blanchir le sucre avec les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf. Incorporer le m\u00e9lange chocolat + beurre et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la poudre d&rsquo;amande et la ma\u00efzena et bien m\u00e9langer de nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Montez les blancs en neige bien ferme et les incorporer d\u00e9licatement a la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente en trois fois.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le tout dans un moule \u00e0 manquer de 20cm de diam\u00e8tre pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner pendant 30 minutes a 180\u00b0C.
