{"id":458,"date":"2020-06-24T07:02:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-24T05:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=458"},"modified":"2020-06-25T07:09:28","modified_gmt":"2020-06-25T05:09:28","slug":"baba-ganoush-fume","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/06\/24\/baba-ganoush-fume\/","title":{"rendered":"Baba Ganoush fum\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 chez nous, c&rsquo;est bbq! et quand les saucisses et les brochettes sont cuites, je profite des derni\u00e8res braises pour faire cuire quelques aubergines. elles finissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en caviar d&rsquo;aubergine, mais quand je n&rsquo;ai pas envie de monter une mayonnaise, c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que je tente d&rsquo;autres recettes. celle-ci ne m&rsquo;a pas d\u00e9\u00e7ue et a conquis presque toute la famille!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recette tir\u00e9e de \u00ab\u00a0deliciously ella entre amis\u00a0\u00bb de ella mills<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients (pour un bol):<\/span>\n4 aubergines\n1 grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de tahini\n2 gousses d'ail d\u00e9germ\u00e9es\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron\n1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de paprika fum\u00e9\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive\nsel et poivre<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les aubergines reffroidies sur le barbecue.<\/p>\n<p>Les coupez en deux et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer toute la chair en raclant la peau avec une cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer (<em>ou \u00e9crasez \u00e0 la fourchette, mais dans ce cas hacher la gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/em>) la chair des aubergines avec le tahini, l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le jus de citron, le paprika fum\u00e9 et le cumin. Go\u00fbter et ajuster les quantit\u00e9s de tahini, ail, jus de citron et cumin selon votre go\u00fbt. Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange dans un bol, filmer et laisser reposer au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un belle pr\u00e9sentation, dessiner des rigoles \u00e0 la surface du baba ganoush avec le dos d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re, versez dessus un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et parsemer de paprika fum\u00e9. D\u00e9licieux accompagn\u00e9 de crudit\u00e9s ou de pain pitta \u00e0 tremper dedans.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Si c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;hiver et que le BBQ n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9vu, il reste l&rsquo;option du four! Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220\u00b0 en mode grill. Piquer les aubergines tout autour avec une fourchette et les badigeonner d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Les d\u00e9poser sur la plaque du four sur une feuille de papier cuisson et les faire presque br\u00fbler sous le grill pendant 10mn en les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Passer en mode chaleur tournante \u00e0 200\u00b0 pendant 20mn jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les aubergines soient tr\u00e8s tendres.
