{"id":465,"date":"2020-06-25T09:03:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-25T07:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=465"},"modified":"2023-11-16T13:04:16","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T12:04:16","slug":"cake-a-la-semoule-noix-de-coco-et-confiture-doranges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/06\/25\/cake-a-la-semoule-noix-de-coco-et-confiture-doranges\/","title":{"rendered":"Cake \u00e0 la semoule, noix de coco et confiture d&rsquo;oranges"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tir\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0jerusalem\u00a0\u00bb de yotam ottolenghi<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le cake :<\/span>\n80 g de marmelade d\u2019oranges\n90 g  de semoule de bl\u00e9\n9 cl d\u2019huile de tournesol\n45 g de farine ordinaire\n35 g de noix de coco s\u00e9ch\u00e9e\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poudre d\u2019amandes\n35 g de sucre en poudre\n12 cl de jus d\u2019orange ou de cl\u00e9mentine\n2 oeufs entiers moyens\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique\nle zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 d\u2019une orange non trait\u00e9e\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le sirop :<\/span>\n7 cl d\u2019eau\n100 g de sucre semoule\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau de fleur d\u2019oranger<\/pre>\n\n\n<div>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Beurrer et recouvrir de papier cuisson un moule \u00e0 cake de 30 cm.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer au fouet les oeufs avec le sucre et ajouter la marmelade d\u2019orange, le jus d\u2019orange m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019huile et le zeste d\u2019orange. On doit obtenir un m\u00e9lange plus ou moins homog\u00e8ne et la confiture doit \u00eatre dissoute.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs, puis les ajouter au premier saladier et bien m\u00e9langer. La pr\u00e9paration sera alors liquide.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule et enfourner pendant 40 minutes environ (la p\u00e2te doit gonfler, devenir souple, dor\u00e9e et en enfilant la pointe d\u2019un couteau, celui-ci doivent ressortir pratiquement sec).<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Peu avant la fin de la cuisson, pr\u00e9parer le sirop : porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l\u2019eau avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce dernier se dissolve. \u00c9teindre et ajouter l\u2019eau de fleur d\u2019oranger.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Sortir le cake, et badigeonner le sirop chaud avec un pinceau. Proc\u00e9der en plusieurs fois en laissant le cake imbiber le sirop pendant deux minutes avant d&rsquo;en remettre. Laisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ti\u00e9dir et d\u00e9mouler d\u00e9licatement.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Le g\u00e2teau se conserve parfaitement pendant 4 jours minimum et se bonifie m\u00eame avec le temps. On peut le servir avec un peu de yaourt grec, du fromage blanc arros\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger ou encore un boule de glace vanille \u2026<\/div>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
