Ajouter le beurre en morceaux et faire fondre encore quelques instants hors du bain-marie. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Battre les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et les ajouter au m\u00e9lange chocolat et beurre. Assembler les mati\u00e8res s\u00e8ches (farine et sucre) et les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Monter le blancs en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Les incorporer d\u00e9licatement en plusieurs fois.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer et fariner un moule carr\u00e9 de 20cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et y verser la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire 20 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Le g\u00e2teau doit \u00eatre \u00e0 peine cuit au milieu.
