D&rsquo;habitude c&rsquo;est un petit-d\u00e9jeuner parents-enseignant et chacun ram\u00e8ne quelque chose. cette ann\u00e9e, covid 19 oblige, les parents ne sont pas admis dans l&rsquo;enceinte de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et ce sont les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, en l&rsquo;occurence moi, qui pr\u00e9parent un petit-d\u00e9jeuner pour les enfants. donc, en plus du traditionnel g\u00e2teau au chocolat, je cherchais un g\u00e2teau aux pommes simple et gourmand.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">j&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 cette recette du site \u00ab\u00a0www.mesinspirationsculinaires.com\u00a0\u00bb<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour le g\u00e2teau:<\/span>\n150 g de farine\n100 g de sucre\n100 g de beurre fondu (et refroidi)\n125g = 1 pot de yaourt nature \u00e0 la greque \n2 oeufs battus en omelette\n1 sachet de levure chimique\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pour la cr\u00e8me d'amandes:<\/span>\n60 g de poudre d'amandes\n50 g de beurre mou\n50 g de sucre\n1 oeuf\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de rhum ambr\u00e9 (faculatif)\n\n2 pommes type Golden<\/pre>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration du g\u00e2teau:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer dans un saladier les ingr\u00e9dients secs. Creuser un puits au centre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre saladier, verser le yaourt, le beurre fondu et les oeufs battus. M\u00e9langer \u00e9nergiquement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le puits du 1er saladier, verser le contenu du 2\u00e8me saladier et de nouveau bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans un moule beurr\u00e9 de 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;amandes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Battre au fouet \u00e9lectrique le beurre mou avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit bien mousseux.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la poudre d&rsquo;amandes, l&rsquo;oeuf et \u00e9ventuellement le rhum.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter et verser ce m\u00e9lange dans le moule sur l&rsquo;autre pr\u00e9paration.
