{"id":509,"date":"2020-01-04T18:13:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-04T17:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=509"},"modified":"2020-06-27T18:38:11","modified_gmt":"2020-06-27T16:38:11","slug":"gateau-tosca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/04\/gateau-tosca\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau Tosca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">une recette hyper gourmande tir\u00e9e du livre \u00ab\u00a0dessert hygge\u00a0\u00bb de bront\u00eb aurell pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;anniversaire de ma maman!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la base du g\u00e2teau:<\/span>\n200g de p\u00e2te d'amandes (\u00e0 50% d'amandes minimum)\n200g de sucre glace\n200g de beurre fondu et refroidi\n4 oeufs\n150 g de farine\n50g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs\nquelques gouttes d'extrait de vanille\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la garniture:<\/span>\n75 ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse\n60g de sucre en poudre\n75ml de miel liquide\n75g de beurre\n75g d'amandes effil\u00e9es\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e2per grossi\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;amandes dans un saladier; Ajouter le sucre glace et fouetter vuvement. Incorporer toujours en fouettant le beurre fondu. Ajouter les oeufs uns \u00e0 uns, en m\u00e9langeant bien entre chaque ajout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamiser les ingr\u00e9dients secs et les incorporer au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verser la p\u00e2te dans un moule rond de diam\u00e8tre 23cm graiss\u00e9 et tapiss\u00e9 de papier cuisson. Enfourner pour 35 \u00e0 40 minutes, la lame d&rsquo;un couteau enfonc\u00e9 au centre doit ressortir propre. A la sortie du four, d\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau sur une grille et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer la garniture. Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf les amandes dans une casserile sur feu vif. Fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9coller des bords de la casserole (attention, si vous fouettez trop, le m\u00e9lange devriendra trop ferme, si vous ne fouettez pas assez, le m\u00e9lange ne prendra pas). Ajouter ensuite hors du feu les amandes, et r\u00e9partir la garniture sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glisser le g\u00e2teau et sa garniture sous le gril du four pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes pour brunir la garniture (faire attention \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle ne br\u00fble pas).
