H\u00e9las, il arrive toujours un moment o\u00f9 le frigo est vide et il faut ruser pour mettre un repas sur la table. donc, une tarte au thon. et l\u00e0, oh surprise, la tarte est d\u00e9licieuse, pas trop s\u00e8che et la moutarde rel\u00e8ve agr\u00e9ablement les saveurs! <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">rebaptis\u00e9e par ma fille \u00ab\u00a0la tartoton\u00a0\u00bb, elle reviendra certainement au menu un jour prochain.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">la p\u00e2te est tir\u00e9e du livre \u00ab\u00a0des tartes pas commes les autres\u00a0\u00bb de virginie garnier.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:\nPour la p\u00e2te:<\/span>\n200g de farine\n90g de beurre mou\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'eau froide\n1 oeuf\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'herbes de Provence\n30g de parmesan\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la garniture:<\/span>\n1 petite courgette\n2 boites de thon albacore\nune vingtaine de tomates cerises\n3 grosses cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de moutarde \u00e0 l'ancienne\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour l'appareil:<\/span>\n2 oeufs\n10 cl de cr\u00e8me de noix de cajou\n10 cl de lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e8me\n50g de parmesan\nsel et poivre<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol du robot, mettre le beurre et le travailler en pommade. Incorporer la farine, l&rsquo;oeuf, l&rsquo;eau, le parmesan et les herbes de Provence.
