Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais petite, ma m\u00e8re recyclait les restes de viande sans sauce de la semaine en de d\u00e9licieuses boulettes de viande, grosses comme le poing.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">depuis le temps, j&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 la recette. je n&rsquo;utilise pas de reste de viande mais un m\u00e9lange porc-veau frais et une chapelure maison au lieu de reste de pain dur.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais la recette fait toujours des heureux \u00e0 la maison. D\u00e9clin\u00e9e en petites boulettes, elle peut aussi bien s&rsquo;inviter dans un ap\u00e9ro gourmand, que se glisser dans un repas tartine pour l&rsquo;\u00e9cole. De plus, elle rappelle de bons souvenirs d&rsquo;enfance \u00e0 mon mari, alors, on n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 en faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span>\n600g de hach\u00e9 porc - veau\n1 gros oignon blanc ou rouge\n1 \u00e9chalotte\n3 gousses d'ail\n4 tranches de pain rassis \u00e9miett\u00e9\n10 cl de lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e8m\u00e9\n1 bouquet de persil (ou de ciboulette)\n2 oeufs\nsel et poivre<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Hacher au robot l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;\u00e9chalotte. Les verser dans un saladier avec la viande gach\u00e9e. Emietter le pain rassis et le hacher ou pr\u00e9lever son \u00e9quivalent en chapelure maison. L&rsquo;ajouter \u00e9galement dans le saladier.<\/p>\n<p>Ciseler le persil et l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e9galement au saladier. Asaisonner, ajouter les deux oeufs, du sel et du poivre \u00e0 discr\u00e9tion.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer deux plaques pour la cuisson au four et pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Malaxer le contenu du saladier \u00e0 la main puis former des boulettes de la taille d&rsquo;une noix et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque sans aucune huile.<\/p>\n<p>Les mettre au four entre 20 et 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les boulettes peuvent se manger chaudes, mais personnellement, nous les
