{"id":620,"date":"2020-07-05T16:52:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-05T14:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=620"},"modified":"2020-07-09T22:54:11","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T20:54:11","slug":"legumes-rotis-et-houmous-revisite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/07\/05\/legumes-rotis-et-houmous-revisite\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis et houmous revisit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">dernier repas de ma box hello fresh de la semaine. du houmous, des l\u00e9gumes, bref que du bonheur!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span>\n65g de Boulgour\n2 Aubergines\n2 Poivrons rouges\n2 Poivrons jaunes\n2 Oignons rouges\n2 Gousses d'ail\n15g de Persil plat et menthe fra\u00eeche\n2 Citrons jaunes\n2 boites de 400g de Pois chiches\n100g de Sauce yaourt-tahini\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin moulu\n6 Pains pita complets\n1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive\n225 ml de Bouillon de l\u00e9gumes\nPoivre et sel<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220 degr\u00e9s et pr\u00e9parer le bouillon dans la casserole pour le boulgour. Ajouter le boulgour au bouillon, couvrer et fairecuire 15 \u00e0 17 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ensuite, \u00e9goutter au besoin et r\u00e9server sans couvercle.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les aubergines en rondelles de \u00bd cm et les disposer sur la plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Les saler. Couper les poivrons en gros morceaux et les oignons rouges en demi-rondelles. Dans le saladier, m\u00e9langer le poivron, l\u2019oignon rouge et 1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Saler et poivrer. Les disposer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019aubergine sur la plaque de cuisson. Mettre les gousses d\u2019ail non pel\u00e9es avec les l\u00e9gumes et enfourner le tout 20 \u00e0 25 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient cuits.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, tailler la tomate en morceaux de 1\/2 cm sur 1\/2 cm. Ciseler la menthe et le persil frais. Presser le citron. Dans le saladier, m\u00e9langer la tomate, la majeure partie de la menthe et du persil, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron, et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive vierge extra. Saler et poivrer. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9goutter les pois chiches. Dans un bol profond, m\u00e9langer les pois chiches, la sauce au yaourt et au tahini, le cumin, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et du poivre. R\u00e9duire le tout en une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019aide du mixeur plongeant. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner les pains pita 3 \u00e0 5 minutes. Ajouter le boulgour au saladier et m\u00e9langer bien. Retirer d\u00e9licatement la peau de l\u2019ail et l&rsquo; ajouter au houmous en m\u00eame temps que l\u2019aubergine. Mixer \u00e0 nouveau. Go\u00fbter le houmous et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement avec du jus de citron, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Servir le houmous sur une grande assiette. Pr\u00e9senter l\u2019oignon et le poivron au milieu et disposer le taboul\u00e9 avec. Garnir le plat du reste de menthe et de persil.
