{"id":695,"date":"2020-07-08T22:54:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-08T20:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=695"},"modified":"2020-07-10T14:40:51","modified_gmt":"2020-07-10T12:40:51","slug":"poulet-thai-aux-noix-de-cajou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/07\/08\/poulet-thai-aux-noix-de-cajou\/","title":{"rendered":"Poulet tha\u00ef aux noix de cajou"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">une recette chin\u00e9e sur pinterest, tir\u00e9e du site de la marque jardin d&rsquo;orante (groupe lesieur). c&rsquo;est depuis un classique \u00e0 la maison, qui se d\u00e9cline autant au quotidien, que quand je re\u00e7ois des amis et que je n&rsquo;ai pas envie de passer trop de temps en cuisine. je la sers avec du riz blanc nature.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span>\n600 g de blancs de poulet\n150 g de noix de cajou\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron\n1 oignon\n1 poivron rouge\n1 gousse d'ail\n20 g de gingembre\n3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ma\u00efzena\n6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja\nHuile d\u2019olive vierge extra\n10 cl d'eau<\/pre>\n\n\n<p>Emincer le poulet en cubes. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer ensuite les l\u00e9gumes : couper le poivron en lani\u00e8res, \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon en fines rondelles. ainsi que l\u2019ail. Peler le gingembre et l&rsquo;\u00e9mincer finement. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer un filet d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive et y faire revenir le poulet et les noix de cajou sur feu vif en m\u00e9langeant bien pendant environ 5 minutes. Ajouter ensuite 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja et le miel. Laisser caram\u00e9liser pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes en m\u00e9langeant et r\u00e9server. Le jus doit avoir quasiment disparu et le poulet et les noix de cajou doivent \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9s. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une autre po\u00eale, verser un peu d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive puis les l\u00e9gumes en baissant le feu sur un feu moyen. Les faire revenir durant 3 minutes puis ajouter le jus de citron, 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja et le vinaigre balsamique. Laisser cuire 3 \u00e0 4 minutes en m\u00e9langeant.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9layer la ma\u00efzena dans de l&rsquo;eau froide et l&rsquo;ajouter aux l\u00e9gumes. Y verser le poulet et les noix de cajou et laisser cuire encore environ 5 minutes sur feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire cuire le riz qui accompagnera le plat.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure
