{"id":70,"date":"2020-02-08T22:23:35","date_gmt":"2020-02-08T21:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/culinotopia.com\/?p=70"},"modified":"2020-02-16T18:23:27","modified_gmt":"2020-02-16T17:23:27","slug":"poisson-sauce-tomates-cacahuetes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/culinotopia.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/08\/poisson-sauce-tomates-cacahuetes\/","title":{"rendered":"Poisson sauce tomates &#8211; cacahu\u00e8tes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Temps total: 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">600g de poisson blanc\n1 bo\u00eete de conserve de 400g de d\u00e9s de tomate\n60g de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te (avec morceaux pour moi)\n2 \u00e9chalottes\n3 gousses d'ail\n1 c.\u00e0.c. de gingembre\n1 pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade moulue\nfeuilles de coriandre\npoivre de Cayenne\nsel\nhuile d'olive<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 chauffer dans une sauteuse. Y faire revenir \u00e0 feu doux pendant 5 minutes les \u00e9chalottes \u00e9minc\u00e9es , puis ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail finement hach\u00e9es et laisser encore 2 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les \u00e9pices et les laisser cuire une petite minute. Puis verser les tomates et un peu d&rsquo;eau et laisser mijoter 15 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter enfin les filets de poisson, et les laisser pocher dans la sauce environ 8 minutes.
